Spring 2025

Hello, and Happy Spring from WRASAP! As we welcome the season of growth and renewal from across the West, I'm inspired by the signs of life all around us. Springtime has always been my favorite time of year. Here in the Skagit Valley, we just got our first cutting of grass off the field, and our first corn fields planted for the year. Ag is all around as farmers are taking advantage of the warm and dry spring we have been having. With the farming season ramping up, I want to remind everyone to take care of themselves both physically and mentally, as we all know there are long days ahead. Remember to take a little time in between tasks to drink water, eat something filling, and put on sunscreen! Remember to connect with fellow farmers for support and/or check in with your teams out in the fields to make sure they are taking care of themselves. Happy Spring and happy planting season!
