Seasonal Tips: Preparing Your Landscape for Late Summer

As we move into the late summer months, it's essential to maintain your landscape to keep it looking its best. Here are a few tips from our experts:

1. Water Wisely: Deep watering in the early morning or late evening helps keep plants hydrated during the hottest part of the day.
2. Prune and Trim: Late summer is a great time to prune shrubs and trees to encourage healthy growth in the fall.
3. Mulch for Moisture: Adding a layer of mulch helps retain soil moisture and keeps roots cool.

Planning Ahead: Is a Pool in Your Future?

Dreaming of adding a pool to your outdoor space? Or maybe your existing pool and patio could use a makeover? Now is the perfect time to start planning for a pool installation or renovation for next summer. Here are some key considerations to get you started:

1. Design and Location: Whether you're installing a new pool or renovating an existing one, consider the best location and design. We can help you create a layout that maximizes your space, taking into account sun exposure, privacy, and how it integrates with your landscape.
2. Pool Renovations: If your current pool needs a refresh, we offer a range of renovation services. From resurfacing to adding modern features like waterfalls or LED lighting, we can transform your pool into a stunning oasis.
3. Patio Upgrades: Pair your pool with a beautiful new patio! We can renovate your existing patio or design a new one that complements your pool area. Consider adding features like a built-in fire pit, outdoor kitchen, or custom seating to enhance your outdoor living experience.
4. Permits and Regulations: Pool installations and renovations often require permits and must meet local building codes. We’ll guide you through the permitting process, ensuring everything is in compliance before construction begins.
5. Budgeting and Financing: A pool and patio are significant investments. We’ll work with you to create a budget and explore financing options, making your dream outdoor space a reality.
6. Timing and Scheduling: Planning ahead allows you to choose the best time for installation or renovation, ensuring your pool and patio are ready for summer enjoyment. Starting the process now means you’ll have everything in place for next summers enjoyment
