A HUGE congratulations to Diane on the recognition she has received this year - and it's only March!

In February, Diane was awarded the 2022 Citizenship and Service Award during the Annual Chamber Meeting. This award is a tribute to individuals or groups who make a difference in their communities or places of work by using their time, talents and compassion to positively impact the lives of others.

In January, Diane was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award through the Central Carolina Association of Realtors®.

A NEW UNION STREETSCAPE

Did you know? There is a new streetscape coming to Downtown Concord! The plan for a new Downtown Streetscape includes 22 foot wide sidewalks, reduced 11-foot travel lanes, new concrete sidewalks with brick paver accents, added street trees and landscaping, new smart light poles, and decorative lighting. Magical Water Circus

Attendees will travel back to the 1950s to an era of sock hops, drive-in theaters, muscle cars, and poodle skirts in this new 2023 show. The stage holds 35,000 gallons of water that performers dazzle over while thrilling the audience with every move. With this unique feature under the tent, guests will be surprised, for it’s a show of its own!

Art Walk on Union

Art Walk on Union is an all-day arts festival for artists and makers to sell their handmade artwork. Art Walk on Union features, live music, food trucks, local brews & wines. Plus participation from numerous shops and restaurants throughout downtown Concord.
