This holiday season, we’re excited to shine a light on the incredible individuals and families we serve. Our Client Holiday Spotlight celebrates accomplishments big and small from the past year—moments of growth, milestones reached, and goals achieved. We’re so grateful to the families who shared photos and highlights with us, and we’re honored to celebrate their journeys!

Marty

Marty has achieved meaningful progress with the support of Spectrum CMC. By closely collaborating with his attentive and knowledgeable support coordinator, Alyssa, we were able to secure additional funds to address priority areas, such as speech therapy. This enabled us to create a more engaged and purposeful day-to-day for Marty.

Andrew

This past year, Andrew's family is deeply grateful for the dedication and support of Spectrum CMC and his Support Coordinator, Imer. Her willingness to listen, understand Andrew’s needs, and guide us has made a huge difference. With support through classes and coaching, we’ve seen Andrew make new friends and participate more actively with others. We feel truly fortunate to have Spectrum working alongside us.

Kimberly

Spectrum and Kimberly’s Support Coordinator, Imer, are incredibly proud of the progress she’s made this year, including increased independence with her communication board and managing her routine doctor’s appointments. We are excited to continue supporting Kimberly’s growth, independence, and ongoing success in the year ahead.

Jonathan

Jonathan is keeping busy sharing his musical talents in the New Jersey Choral Society, his church choir, and piano lessons at the Y. His Support Coordinator, Claudia, is proud to cheer him on as he prepares for upcoming concerts. The Spectrum team is excited to continue supporting Jonathan as he thrives in his music and community activities.

🌱 New Year Goal-Setting Tip

As the new year begins, remember that goals don’t have to be big to be meaningful. Small, consistent steps add up over time. Focus on progress—not perfection—and celebrate each win along the way. We’re proud to continue supporting each individual’s journey—at their own pace—in the year ahead.

📌 Upcoming Dates & Holiday Coverage

As we head into the holiday season, please note the following:

Office Closure: Our office will be closed on 12/24, 12/25, and 1/1 for the holidays.
Coverage Support: Even if your assigned Support Coordinator is out of the office, the Spectrum team will continue to be available to support you throughout the holiday season. As always: For emergencies, please call 911. If an urgent need arises related to an emergency, please reach out to our emergency line: 856-208-4141
Planning Ahead: We encourage families to connect with their Support Coordinator ahead of time with any questions or needs.
