A Halloween / Samhain Stargazing event exploring how ancient people tracked the stars to mark the halfway point between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice.

 October 25th, 2025

 6 PM – 11 PM

What you’ll experience:

-Planetarium sessions

-Professional astronomers guiding you through the night sky

-Telescopes to explore the cosmos

-Insights into how ancient people read the stars

Dots and Dashes by Jen -- A unique gift shop is coming to downtown Monte Vista! It will feature handmade gifts both by Jennifer and other local artists! Everything from wood crafts, tie dye items, hand poured candles, LOTS of jewelry (including several customizable items), embroidered shirts, aprons, and hoodies, reclaimed wood signs and decor, and more A pantry section week feature infused salts, peppercorns, seasonings, and extacts!
