Chapman Associates was pleased to announce that I closed another transaction this month. The Company was a middle-market Managed Services Provider (“MSP”) based in the Northeast, generating over $35 million in revenue annually, and was sold to a financial buyer. I represented the seller in this transaction and have continued as one of Chapman’s top producers since joining the firm ten years ago.


Chapman Associates' discrete, confidential, proven marketing methods produced over 100 qualified buyers competing for the deal. Our efforts resulted in seven offers. The sale of the Company was valued at a significant premium, yet this is another example of the results we deliver to our clients.
