OTA Fellow's Update November 2019

SAVE THE DATE -OTA Spring Fellows Course in Boston April 30, 2020 - May 3, 2020

Dr. Paul Tornetta, III, MD leads this cadaver and case-based discussion course along with other distinguished OTA members.  Faculty includes: David Templeman, MD; Stephen Kottmeier, MD; Cliff Jones, MD; J. Tracy Watson, MD; Heather Vallier, MD; Robert O'Toole, MD; Dan Horwitz, MD; Ross Leighton, MD; Cory Collinge, MD; Philip Wolinsky, MD; Roy Sanders, MD; Kyle Jeray, MD and Bob Ostrum, MD.

Course registration is complimentary, hotel and transportation is the responsibility of the fellow.  Email oconnell@ota.org with questions. The course will begin at 1:00 pm on April 30 and end at 12:00 pm on May 3. All fellows attending the course will be asked to bring a case to present. Consider Attending OTA Specialty Day Saturday, March 28, 2020 in Orlando, FL The OTA Specialty Day features an energetic and entertaining agenda for trauma experts and generalists focused on practical strategies for difficult clinical situations, best evidence for contemporary controversies, and highlights from the OTA scientific programs. The OTA will host a morning combined session with LLRS and the afternoon session will be combined with ASES. Case Log Information Please continue to log all your cases through the OTA database. In mid-November an email will be sent to current fellows and program directors with case log totals. Contact oconnell@ota.org with any questions. his information is not applicable to ACGME fellowship programs .
