If you are experiencing low pressure please clean out your irrigation heads or check your system during the next maintenance time to insure proper coverage.
V.P. HOA Pocket Park Survey:
If you live in the Commons, Hills or Trails you should have received an e-blast to participate in a resident survey regarding the future use of the various pocket parks. The Board will be discussing the results of the survey at their upcoming meeting.

Irrigation Clocks- Daylight Savings Time:

Water Quality Report:
A few weeks ago the pond along MLK in the Hills experienced a fish kill. The aquatics company performed a water quality report and we are looking into what, if any, additional steps need to be taken. Please click here to review the report.
Guest Policy Reminder:
Please remember you must have your Resident ID on you when using the amenities. Guests are permitted (2 per Resident ID) when using the amenities at the Commons, Trails and Oaks. Children under the age of 14 are not considered guests. Residents over the age of 14 are able to obtain a Resident ID.
New Website Launch:
We are very excited to announce we will be launching a new website in the coming weeks. The website address will remain the same www.myvictoriapark.com. Additional information regarding navigating the new site will be sent via e-blast.
Townhome Buildings:
Please be advised, the areas in between the townhome buildings are not common areas. Those areas are actually part of the townhome owners property and should not be used as a "cut through" by other residents.
Roof Replacements:
As many homeowners are in the process of replacing their roofs we would like to remind you to fill out an ARC application prior to beginning any work on the outside of your home and please remind your contractors to thoroughly clean up any debris (shingles, nails, etc.) during and after the project is complete.
Lease Renewals:
Please remember to update the community management office if your lease renews. You can send a copy of your new lease to VPCAM@Evergreen-LM.com. This will insure your resident ID stays active to allow access to the amenities.
Basketball Hoops:
Please remember to remove portable basketball hoops when they are not in use.
Community Yard Sale:
The community yard sale is canceled indefinitely. The safety of the community is our number one priority and unfortunately the yard sale presents too many safety challenges (COVID, Parking, Emergency Access, etc.) If you plan to hold an individual yard sale please contact the City of DeLand for more information and please remove all signage at the conclusion of your sale.
Vehicles Blocking Sidewalks:
Many residents walk/ run throughout the community and rely on the sidewalks being clear so not to walk into the street. Please make every effort to avoid parking over the sidewalks.
Pets:
All pets should be on a leash. In addition be mindful of your neighbor’s lawn by not allowing your pet on it and by cleaning up and removing solid waste after your pets on common areas.
Orange Camp Widening:
It is confirmed the County is installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Orange Camp Rd and Garden Club/ Victoria Commons Blvd. (Victoria Gardens Entrance)
The project is underway and will cause significant impacts to Victoria Park. For more information on this project, please Click Here to be directed to the Volusia County Capital Projects Interactive Mapping site.
Construction/Contractor Signs:
As a reminder, if you are having work preformed at your home, please do not allow your contractor to place advertising signs on your property. We are seeing an increase in contractor signage and would like to avoid issuing violations if possible.
Yard Debris:
Please do not blow lawn clippings, leaves or other debris into the streets or storm drains. All storm drains are connected to our lakes and waterways within Victoria Park and these type of debris can have a negative effect on the water quality.
