Heart Walk – Walking is one of the easiest and most beneficial activities you can include in your everyday life. Heart Walk Wednesdays invites you to take a walk to get ready for the Wayne Heart Walk. Share your Heart Walk Wednesday as we inspire others to stay Heart Healthy year-round using #WayneHeartWalk and #goowoo.

Yoga – Bring your life into balance with Yoga! Explore how to move your body more mindfully to support your fitness goals, and breathe deeply to dissipate stress. Yoga is the perfect complement to any exercise or wellness program!

Yoga+- Yoga and mindful movement as a platform from which we will dive deeply into fitness. A variety of workout modalities are woven into a yoga sequence, and mind-body connection is paramount throughout. 

You can expect: Centering, Toning, Movement synchronized with breathwork, Cardiovascular Training, Stretching, Plyometrics, Pilates, Barre, Functional Strength, Recovery and self-care practices. 
Yoga, plus so much more.

Location: Meet on the lawn next to the pool at the Wooster Country Club at 1251 Oak Hill Rd.

Zumba – No experience Necessary! Just have some fun dancing the stress away. Zumba a total body workout, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Many call Zumba "exercise in disguise" because it is so much fun, it doesn't feel like you're working out! Let those Latin and World Rhythms take you over and burn a load of calories. You will have a boost of energy and feel awesome each time you that you attend. No dance experience needed, just a desire to have fun and feel the beat!

Location: Cornerstone Gross Motor Room is located at 101 W. Bowman St. Park in the Preschool parking lot off of N. Grant Street and enter through door #5.
FITNESS CLASSES COMING SOON
Strength-N-Stretch – Class will incorporate heart-healthy, mobility- enhancing movement with body awareness. 30 minutes of class will be focused on movement and strength training, with the final 15 minutes focused on core strength, stretching, and relaxation through easy-to-follow yoga sequences.

Woo-Kix & Stix– Sherri has added a “ROCKOUT” WORKOUT TO HER CLASSES. Come and Release your inner Rock Star! Classes are designed using Ripstix to POUND. Designed for all fitness levels, easily modifiable to fit your level. Drumming to the rhythm of energizing music is a total body workout, tones muscles, improves focus, relieves stress and is really fun!

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
Carol Mills was in the original Zumba class when it was brought to Wooster in 2007. When her current instructor decided to retire, Carol was ready to step in and instruct. She became a certified ZIN Zumba instructor and has taught for the last 6 years.
Sherri Prindle is an instructor who truly understands the challenges mentally/physically first hand of choosing to make lifestyle changes by incorporating exercise and healthy food choices into one's life. Weighing in at 210 lbs. food had taken control over her life, with healthier food choices and exercise she lost 85 lbs. 23 years ago. Sherri has been teaching cardio kickboxing and step aerobics classes for approximately 20 years; she tries hard to motivate students while making the classes fun as well as challenging for all levels of fitness, beginners, intermediate, and the super fit.
Joie Schmitz is a local yoga, mindfulness and wellness instructor, known for classes that challenge both body and mind. She has an RYT-500 advanced teaching certification through the Jivan Yoga Teacher Training Program at Baltimore Yoga Village. Joie loves to travel the world, practicing and teaching yoga, and finding new ways to share the power of yoga with others.
