Yoga+- Yoga and mindful movement as a platform from which we will dive deeply into fitness. A variety of workout modalities are woven into a yoga sequence, and mind-body connection is paramount throughout.
You can expect: Centering, Toning, Movement synchronized with breathwork, Cardiovascular Training, Stretching, Plyometrics, Pilates, Barre, Functional Strength, Recovery and self-care practices.

Zumba a total body workout, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Many call Zumba "exercise in disguise" because it is so much fun, it doesn't feel like you're working out! Let those Latin and World Rhythms take you over and burn a load of calories. You will have a boost of energy and feel awesome each time you that you attend. No dance experience needed, just a desire to have fun and feel the beat!
