Program Timeline: March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Eligibility: All active employees and spouses on the Harris Health medical plan
Deadline: February 28, 2025
Requirements:
Step 1: Complete the MyCigna online Health Assessment (250 Wellness Points)
Step 2: Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)
Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional Wellness Points through programs and activities (1,000 Wellness Points in total)
Please note: New hires and newly benefited employees from December 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025, do not need to meet the February 28, 2025 deadline. Instead, they will begin at the start of the new program year on March 1, 2025.
