REMINDER: Grace Beautification Day | This Saturday

New Topic for Sunday Discussion Group: Christianity, the Second Thousand Years |

This series examines the height of the Church's influence and its corruption, which led to the Avignon papacy and the Reformation. It also looks at primarily American reform movements in the 20th century through the leadership of people like Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, and Desmond Tutu. Group meets in the Bethlehem Resource Center.

Walltown Street Reach is Sunday from 3 - 5 PM | Come out and enjoy food, fellowship and fun at St. John's Missionary Baptist Church. Read more...

Celebration of Pastor Brooks' Ordination | This past Sunday we celebrated Pastor Brooks' 25 years in ministry. He was given a scrapbook full of well wishes and thanks and everyone enjoyed an Oktoberfest themed luncheon. Click here for pictures.

Bring in Your Old Eyeglasses and Sunglasses for MOST Ministries | Each year, MOST Ministries collects recycled eyeglasses from churches and organizations around the world and distributes them to people living in developing nations worldwide. Volunteers sort, test, and repackage the glasses. In many areas around the world, the cost of a pair of glasses can exceed a month's salary. Your donations (Green collection box in the narthex) help provide individuals with the eyeglasses they need to work, read or attend school. Click here to read MOST's thank you letter to Grace.

A Thank You Note from Amy Robertson | Dear Grace Advisory Board, Thank you for the opportunity to attend the 2024 Institute on Liturgy, Preaching and Church Music last month. The sessions were engaging with much to learn. Pastor, Erin and I deepened our relationships as we discussed learnings and ideas. Lastly, daily worship services and other worship activities fed my soul - perhaps the most meaningful part for me. Thank you for selecting me for this conference, and for providing the financial support.

Peace in Christ, Amy
