We recommend purchasing the following two books for the CCM Training. The first book contains all the details for the church staff to establish and train your Care Ministers. The second is an excellent training workbook and reference guide for CCMs. It contains sections for note-taking during training.
The Caring Congregation: Implementation Guide - Karen Lampe & Melissa Collier Gepford 's book containing the details on how to set up a care ministry in your church plus the foundational training for your team.
The Caring Congregation: Care Minister's Manual - This companion book to the Implementation Guide is a personal training workbook and reference guide for CCMs and includes pages for note-taking during training.
