Friday, September 13th is wear your colors day! This means that students can wear any team that they LOVE with out of uniform bottoms. The shirt can be St. Luke's, Dowling, Iowa, Iowa State, NFL, WNBA, gymnastics, dance, clubs, etc. We look forward to celebrating the activity/team that brings joy to the students.

St. Ignatius of Loyola wrote "The Spiritual Exercises", a series of meditations, prayers, and practices to help people deepen their relationship with God. One of our challenges this month is to adopt or learn about an Ignatian Exercise. Check out this article to help guide you, especially with your children!
