Hello Medinah Park District Patrons!
The Medinah Park District is excited to announce that we will be moving to a new registration software, MyRec.com, and transitioning away from ActiveNet. The MyRec site is now live. All Medinah Park District customers are encouraged to create an account through MyRec at your earliest opportunity. An account will need to be created in order to register for any Medinah Park District programs.
We are looking forward to many new and useful features with this software, with the goal of creating a better user experience for our customers. This software is different than the previous system in that it is centered around households. This means that you will set up a "head" of your household, and every member of the household will be included. There will be only one set of login credentials for each household, so parents/adults living in the same households will have to share this information.
There are a few instances where park district staff will use some current customers' existing credentials to build accounts for them. Customers that already have fitness memberships, open gym passes, and remaining summer registrations will fall into this category. In these cases, the park district will set up an account for you, and then send you an email with instructions, including your login information. Once your new MyRec account is set up, you can make changes and/or fill in any blanks we may have missed while creating your account.
Please follow the link below to go the MyRec site and create your new account.
Our staff will be extra attentive to our customers' needs over the next few weeks while we make this transition. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with the new system. Thank you for your patience as we start with this new, user friendly software!
Thank you,
Medinah Park District Staff
