The Starfish Dinner & Dance is the last night of the conference Saturday, July 9th. Join us for our reception, celebration dinner, all-out dance party, and silent auction.
Raise or sponsor at least $1,500, and you’ll be able to pick your choice of table (that seats 10 people) in the ballroom for the Starfish Dinner & Dance!

What is on the horizon for Trisomy 18?
I never know if I should start with disclaimers or end with them. But this time I am starting with one. I am always on the lookout for anything that might be relevant to improving life for people with any of the chromosome 18 conditions.... The disclaimer is that this article is about a hint that might just turn out to be relevant, but then maybe not, it is just a hint of hope.

Bexar County Families: Emergency Need Fund
|
We are excited to announce Chromosome 18 has received a grant to assist low-income families acquire medical necessary items for their Chromosome 18 affected child. This fund is a program that will provide medical items (up to $2,000 per family) for special needs children that our chromosome 18 families in Bexar County and surrounding areas desperately need but cannot afford.

18th Annual Golf Tournament!
|
Chromosome 18 is excited to announce this year will be the 18th Anniversary of our Annual Golf Tournament! Join us on October 7th, 2022 for a fun-filled day of celebration for our 18th year of golfing in support of our chromosome 18 children and families.
Play 18 holes at the beautiful Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio, TX while raising money to help children and adults with chromosome 18 abnormalities live healthy, productive lives.

Chromosome 18 Europe Life Stages Online Conference
9:15am-8:45pm on Saturday 30th July 2022

They have organized sessions and videos from Jannine Cody and the Registry, Kate Reynolds teen specialist will be presenting with girl and boy specific sessions on hand, and we have a specialist in 0-9 presenting as well alongside an update on the European research. Every session will be translated and captioned, so please do let us know your needs.
They will also have the very popular Self Advocate’s panel with lots of new voices to hear, a session for all the kids to hang out with fun activities, as well as a disco and to finish a parent/carers drop in where we can share a drink and toast our lovely global family.
