Properly securing trash is an important part of living in bear country. Summit County government has created a program to assist property owners and HOA’s with bear safe trash containers through a potential grant program. Its almost summer time in the high country! Please make sure you complete an application and follow the districts architectural guidelines for ALL EXTERNAL PROJECTS. Failure to follow these procedures will result in penalties and fines.

DEAD TREE REMOVAL DEADLINE- June 30th!!


The District commissioned a tree survey and residents have been contacted regarding their responsibility of removing dead trees. We have set the deadline to coincide with Summit County's chipping program which will remove the properly stacked debris July 1-5. Please see WEBSITE for more details.

BMMD has switched to an automated service called AquaHawk to assist property owners to monitor their water usage to protect their properties from leaks and high water bills.
