Head Start Shares New Promotional Video
East Bay Community Action Program's Head Start program proudly presents its new public service announcement video, created with support from the National Head Start Association. The video highlights the positive impact of Head Start on a child’s early growth and development with commentary from a variety of staff, program managers, parents, and a pre-K teacher.  It has been submitted to four different television stations, and it has already aired on the local Fox network of WPRI. It was also shown at the National Head Start Association Parent Conference in Texas in December 2019.

EBCAP's 2019/2020 Annual Fund Helps People in Recovery
Addiction is a chronic disease, and opioid addiction has become an epidemic in Rhode Island. It is a crisis that has touched every community in our state, regardless of social or economic status. It does not discriminate, and it has no boundaries. Friends, colleagues, neighbors, even family members … these are the faces of addiction.

At East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP), we are committed to fighting this epidemic, specifically in the areas of prevention, treatment, and recovery. EBCAP plays a vital role in empowering individuals to improve their lives and embrace the challenge of recovery. We hope you’ll support this important work with a donation to the Annual Fund for Hope and Recovery.
