Employees Making a Difference:
Cheryl Del Padre
Story by Amy Lagasse, Director Outpatient/Emergency Services

Cheryl DelPadre, LICSW, is a seasoned therapist and a highly valued Behavioral Health manager at EBCAP’s Adams Farley Counseling Center in Riverside, RI. Cheryl came to EBCAP in 2016 with many years of experience in community mental health, medical social work, and private practice. Cheryl is known for her flexibility, positivity, ability to assist staff and clients to overcome barriers, and her teamwork approach to all that she does. She loves a challenge and always incorporates her great sense of humor into her work. She is a virtual encyclopedia of resources and is often sought out by her colleagues when they are looking for hard to find interventions in treatment planning for clients. She is essential to the daily running of our General Outpatient Program and, as one of Cheryl’s coworker’s stated, she is “always calm, cool, and collected,” no matter what challenges come her way. We are so grateful to have Cheryl on Behavioral Health’s leadership team!
