DJ Heffline Promoted to CEO

We are excited to announce that former Glasfloss COO, DJ Heffline, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. As COO DJ oversaw all areas of operations over multiple plants.

“DJ has served as our Chief Operating Officer with distinction, bringing strategic clarity, operational rigor and a deep commitment to our people-first culture. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency, strengthening our supply chain and advancing our long-term strategic goals,” said Scott Lange, President.

Todd McGrath Promoted to VP of Engineering

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Todd McGrath to Vice President of Engineering. 

Todd brings over 25 years of experience in product development, process improvement and equipment engineering. He has also served as Chair of the ASHRAE Standard 52.2 Committee for the past four years, demonstrating his leadership and expertise within the industry.

“Well-versed in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Todd is passionate about driving positive changes from product design to plant layouts. Todd has been instrumental in advancing our organization’s success and his dedication to employee engagement and fostering an ownership culture perfectly aligns with our core values and our identity as an employee-owned company,” said Scott Lange, President and CEO.

New Puracell® II LR, P-LR, PH-LR Series

If you are not aware, Glasfloss recently launched our new LR “Low Resistance” line of 4” mini-pleat products. The new LR Series offers best in class initial resistance at .25” w.g. at 500 FPM with MERV 15 performance. The new LR Series is available in beverage board, plastic single header and plastic box frame options in common standard sizes. For more information click here.

Glasfloss 2025 Top Gun Sales Award AFD Division

Brian Myslinski has won our 2025 Top Gun Sales Award for the AFD divisions of Glasfloss. Brian is District Manager covering the southeast territory and this is Brian’s 29^th year with Glasfloss and his seventh Top Gun Award.

Glasfloss 2025 Top Gun Sales Award ARW Division

Ryan Mason has won our 2025 Top Gun Sales Award for the ARW division of Glasfloss. Ryan is District Manager covering the western states territory and this is Ryan’s 11^th year with Glasfloss and his fourth Top Gun Award.

AHR Expo Las Vegas

Glasfloss will be attending the 2026 AHR Expo in Las Vegas, February 2-4 with a new booth on display and new products. Several Glasfloss sales team members and upper management will be on hand to meet with customers and celebrate 90 years in business in 2026. If you are attending the show, please stop by booth #C7704, we would love to see you.
