Register Now for the Water Forum: Supreme Court Update
The ongoing case of Florida vs. Georgia will be heard before the Supreme Court for a second time on Feb. 22nd. The Council will convene an exclusive Water Forum with Gerald Pouncey, Chairman of Morris, Manning, and Martin and head of the Environmental and Infrastructure Practices, with Katherine Zitsch, Managing Director of Natural Resources for the Atlanta Regional Commission and Director of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District. We will discuss the hearing, special master recommendations, and other content related to the Supreme Court Case. Guests of this event will be able to participate in Q & A at the end of the content piece. This event will be privately held on a password protected Zoom platform.
