Groundbreaking for Pasteurizer Building
Congratulations to Nutriom in Panora on the groundbreaking for the new Pasteurization Building expansion. The benefits of the new building will allow Nutriom to work with many egg suppliers in the region to be able to unload egg fast, safer and more efficiently. The 9,000 square foot addition will free up more room in the main building for future growth of a third drying lane and new freeze dry chamber to support future growth. 
24th Annual Golf Outing
The 24th Annual Golf Outing is quickly approaching. The outing is taking place on Thursday, June 27th at Lake Panorama! Check-in is at 9 am, Tee-Time is at 10 am. Casey and Adair Win Catalyst Grant
Congratulations to the cities of Casey and Adair on receiving the Community Catalyst Grant from the Iowa Economic Development Authority. Casey received $100,000 for their Heritage Building Project. Corey and Colleen Conrad, Owners will be restoring the Heritage Building to utilize for retail space on the first floor and apartments on the top floor with a courtyard available to residents of the apartments, as well as to the public.

Adair received $100,000 to renovate their 321 building project. They plan to occupy the first story with Derek's Thrivent Financial office, and offer the utilities, technology and updated customer friendly space to attract others to co-exist in the same work environment.

EntreBash

The 2019 EntreBash was held on April 25 in Jefferson. EntreBash is an event that is built on the idea that entrepreneurs learn from their peers and are often unaware of the resources that are available around them. EntreBash is accomplished through an innovative open format developed by the UNI Center for Business Growth and innovation where entrepreneurs are encouraged to participate in three different ways. Networking, Learning, and Connecting.
