Chairman's Corner
My fellow Americans.....just kidding...
I want to thank everyone for their patience and consideration with the EC. We ask that you continue to pray for Chairwoman, Jana Kading's husband, Kelly Kading, for a speedy recovery.
During Ms. Kading's absence the AZGOP was given a resolution from MCRC (Maricopa County Republican Committee). We have attached all the correspondence that has been received regarding this resolution.
The Yavapai GOP stands for election integrity and wants every “valid” registered voter to have their ballot count. We have no doubt that Yavapai County would have been able to successfully execute a hand count election if given the chance.
Unfortunately, no one from the AZGOP Executive Committee was able to hear or see the MCRC 268+ page plan. Regardless of what legal counsel relayed to Chair DeWitt, the MCRC should have been given the opportunity to state their case. It is unfortunate that we are still seeing forces from within that continue to decide what they feel is best for ALL.
When there is doubt or uncertainty, it is sometimes hard to find needed courage, but if we delay in taking a stand, or listening to our constituents we have the potential to lose anyway.

Our Elections in Distress
JEFF DEWITT TO EC MEMBERS
Dear AZGOP Executive Committee Members (ExComm),
We are still working on getting a meeting together. There are a ton of moving parts. As an update on where we stand, we are due to receive a legal opinion by tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, there was a lot for legal to unpack on this one, and with no notice before being thrown into a whole different topic by the MCRC. This initiative presented by MCRC is an unprecedented move for Arizona.
Before delving further into the specifics, we believe it's of paramount importance to ensure we are navigating this correctly and legally. Consequently, we are actively consulting with our legal advisors to guarantee that our steps align with the necessary protocols and rules. We've always emphasized that rules matter, and, in this endeavor, we'll continue to lead by example. For those who may feel differently about certain rules, there's a structured process in place to advocate for changes.

Arizona House of Representatives Update from LD-1 Reps. Nguyen and Bliss
In the life of a legislator, some weeks we get praise and hate mail thrown at us at the same time. This was an especially busy week and the media seemed to pick up on it too. Seems we hit a nerve with the more liberal media regarding our calling out the City of Phoenix for breaking the law through an ordinance passed to illegally transfer firearms out of the country.
Here is a day’s worth of news...

Republican legislators file complaint requesting AG investigate Phoenix’s firearm transfer to Ukraine
Jakob Thorington Arizona Capitol Times//August 21, 2023
Two Republican lawmakers are asking the attorney general to investigate a recent ordinance passed by the City of Phoenix that authorizes the city to donate unclaimed firearms to Ukraine.
Reps. Quang Nguyen, R-Prescott Valley and Selina Bliss, R-Prescott, filed a SB 1487 complaint alleging the city is violating state law with its ordinance, passed by the Phoenix City Council on June 28. The ordinance states that the city will transfer unclaimed firearms through D.T. Gruelle, a private international shipping company, to the National Police of Ukraine.

Arizona lawmakers seek punishment for
Ukraine gun donation
PHOENIX — Two Republican lawmakers want Attorney General Kris Mayes to financially punish the city of Phoenix if it refuses to overturn a city council decision to donate unclaimed weapons to Ukraine.
And the outcome of this spat could affect what other cities around the state are allowed to do with the firearms that come into their hands.
In a new complaint, Reps. Quang Nguyen of Prescott Valley and Selina Bliss of Prescott contends the move violates state laws that generally require firearms that are seized or turned into a city to be sold off or traded for other police equipment. The only exception is when the weapon itself is illegal, like a sawed-off shotgun.

2 GOP lawmakers ask Mayes to investigate Phoenix firearms donation to Ukraine

Two Republican state representatives are asking Attorney General Kris Mayes to investigate whether Phoenix broke the law by donating unclaimed firearms to the National Police of Ukraine.
Reps. Quang Nguyen and Selina Bliss cite a state law that requires such firearms to be sold or traded, not donated.
In late June, Phoenix City Council passed an ordinance donating up to 600 unclaimed firearms, citing a similar move by the Miami Police Department.
Nguyen and Bliss wrote a letter to Mayor Kate Gallego and the City Council to repeal the ordinance.

Phoenix gun donation to Ukraine could endanger
city's state funding
By Cole Lauterbach | The Center Square Aug 22, 2023
(The Center Square) – A pair of Prescott area lawmakers have put Attorney General Kris Mayes on the clock to figure out if City of Phoenix officials broke state laws by sending up to 600 seized firearms to police forces in Ukraine.
State Reps. Quang Nguyen, R-Prescott Valley, and Selina Bliss, R-Prescott, on Monday requested a "Senate Bill 1487" investigation, named after the process's initial bill filing, from Mayes as to whether the city's decision to ship 500-600 seized firearms to the Ukrainian Arsenal of Liberty is legal.

Looming Government Funding Fight
Government funding ends on September 30th, which is the date at which some Republicans will attempt to advance a short-term Continuing Resolution to continue funding the government at current inflated post-COVID levels. This attempt at a CR would most likely end sometime in early to mid-December and culminate in another longer-term spending authorization that likely wouldn’t expire until after the next national election.
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05) filed a bill to defund the district attorney who indicted former President Donald Trump.
Biggs introduced the bill, HR5267, on Friday; it would prevent any federal funds from going to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. As of press time, the text of the bill — dubbed the “Withholding Investments from Lawless Litigators in States Act,” or “WILLIS Act,” named after the district attorney — wasn’t available on the Congress bill site.
In a statement, Biggs called the indictments “some of the weakest and most ridiculous” he’d ever seen. He accused the federal government of wasting taxpayer dollars for a witch hunt amid a historically poor economy.”
“President Trump and the 18 others mentioned were indicted for mundane activities like sending a text message, making a phone call, reserving a conference room, and tweeting,” said Biggs. “This is a blatant attack on American freedoms. Our national debt is at an all-time high. We cannot afford to have our federal government funding corrupt DA Offices’ quests for national fame through political witch hunts.”

Freedom Caucus unveils demands to
support spending bill, avoid shutdown
The Freedom Caucus have unveiled a list of demands that they want included in a stopgap spending measure to keep the federal government running after the end of September.
Historically, members of the Freedom Caucus rarely support short-term spending bills to keep the government open, but with Republicans holding just a five-seat majority in the House, they have significant leverage over the agenda. Still, McCarthy will likely need votes from Democrats to pass a short-term funding measure than can also get through the Senate and be signed into law.

The PPE is March 19, 2024. The PE is August 6, 2024.
The difference in the two elections is the PPE is only for a voter's choice for President.
The Primary Election is for all other offices up for vote.
Another big difference is that only registered Republicans can vote in the PPE.
Independents or PND voters cannot vote in the PPE, whereas in the Primary Election
Independents can request either an (R) or (D) ballot. They CANNOT vote in the PPE.
So fellow PCs when door-knocking at an Independent's house make sure that they
know about the PPE. If they desire to vote for a presidential candidate then they
must be registered as a Republican. Remember about 70% Vote for Republicans.
This is a great selling point. So place the above in your bag or book and carry
some registration forms.
Respectfully submitted: Paul Messinger, Asst. Sec. YAVGOP

Presidential Preference Election (PPE)
March 19, 2024
- Every 4 years recognized political parties may hold a PPE as a primary to select their preferred presidential candidate
- Political parties in power may choose to select their incumbent rather than do a primary
- Unlike primaries for other candidates, you must be registered to a recognized political party that holds a PPE in order to vote in Arizona
- Independents will NOT be able to vote in the PPE unless they change their voter registration to a recognized political party (Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, or No Labels)
| | | |
The best option to secure our elections is to have poll observers for early voting, election-day voting, and post-election central count observation. Sue Unverricht will be reaching out to PCs in 4th quarter to secure volunteers and training will be provided in early 2024 in preparation for the Presidential Preference Election (PPE) scheduled for March 19.
The County is also recruiting poll workers and that is another way that we can keep a watchful eye on the vote centers.

Please consider volunteering as a poll observer or poll worker!

Eli Crane Representative Arizona District 2nd Republican
Crane: Biden Grand Canyon Land Grab Sabotages American Security, Energy Independence, and Tribal Sovereignty
Following President Biden's announcement, which locks up more than one million acres of land near the Grand Canyon, stifling American energy production, Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) released this statement:
“With today’s announcement, President Biden and Interior Secretary Haaland have made it apparent that national security, economic prosperity, and Tribal sovereignty are disposable to them. Biden is shamelessly politicizing the Grand Canyon to appease the radical left and distract from his dereliction of duty just a few hours south at the border.
"Uranium is critical to American energy and security, and this ridiculous political posturing only makes us more reliant on foreign nations such as China and Russia.
"Apart from sabotaging national security and energy independence, Biden Administration policies trap Americans in poverty and undercut the economy. Northern Arizona’s economy will lose billions because of this stifling land grab by the federal government.
"In addition to this million-acre land grab, this Administration is also cruelly blocking Navajo Nation citizens from natural gas and oil development in New Mexico. Tribal sovereignty only matters to them if it suits their radical agenda.
"This type of woke government overreach that tramples over the American people is the embodiment of the America Last agenda.”

Crane Introduces Bill to Nullify Biden Admin’s
Obstructive Violation of Tribal Sovereignty
July 7, 2023 Press Release | The Energy Opportunities for All Act would void Biden’s meddlesome ban, allowing tribal citizens to control their own resources
Recently, Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ), along with Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), introduced the Energy Opportunities for All Act, which would nullify the Biden admin’s overreaching actions that ban citizens from lawfully exercising the rights over their lands and resources.
In June, the Biden administration issued a Public Land Order banning approximately 336,404.42 acres of federal mineral estate surrounding the Chaco Canyon National Historical Park for 20 years. This effectively prevents all private landowners and Navajo allottees from mineral leasing land in this area.

Stand Against Grand Canyon Land Grab
| |
This government overreach not only diminishes public access to our cherished federal lands but also threatens America's energy, economic, and national security for generations to come.
Biden is pushing this radical environmental justice agenda regardless of whether the Constitution grants him these powers. This land grab is yet another example of his desire to enact a radical climate agenda that exercises control over America’s ability to be self-sustaining while acting as an overlord in every aspect of American life.
As your Congressman, I am fighting to assert our Congressional authority against Biden’s tyrannical behavior!

Five Things Every Patriot Can Do to Win the 2024 Election
CAPT. SETH KESHEL
AUG 28, 2023
What can we do to win the next election?
I hear it all the time, and every time, it is asked with sincerity and with the desire to have the right things happen, such as seeing the certified election results reflect the will of the people. While many have unfortunately given in to cynicism, pessimism, or outright despair, a plan of action must take precedent over any competing thoughts.
This is why I’ve come up with the acronym LIVES (as in fight for your lives). Don’t fault me for creating yet another acronym; you can take the officer out of the Army, but you can never take the Army out of the officer. For patriots to have the best chance to win a corrupt quasi-election in 2024, we must take an active role individually, and bring others along with us.

Pfizer's COVID Vaccine Causes VAIDS in Children, Study Proves
August 28, 2023

Vaccinated Children Become Susceptible to Bacterial and Fungal Infections
Many of us shared anecdotes of loved ones vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines - and suffering from all sorts of unrelated illnesses afterward. I know a young individual who, after mandated COVID vaccination, had all sorts of bacterial illnesses that he never had before. (This story was a major impetus to my opening and growing this substack).
Finally, we have scientific confirmation that vaccination against COVID-19 causes a marked decrease in immunity to heterologous pathogens such as other viruses, bacteria and fungi. This decreased immunity to other pathogens (acquired immune deficit) is what people colloquially refer to as “VAIDS.”

Are we seeing the revitalization of Christian civilization?
For decades, the world has been dominated by a process known as globalization, a secularizing economic and political system that hollows out and erodes a culture’s traditions, customs, and religions, all the while conditioning populations to rely on the expertise of a tiny class of technocrats for every aspect of their social and economic lives.
Until now.
All over the world, there’s been a massive blowback against the anti-cultural processes of globalization and its secular aristocracy.
And it’s just the beginning.
I believe that the secular world is at its brink, and a new conservative age is rising.
Join me each week as we examine these worldwide trends, discover answers to today’s toughest challenges, and together learn to live in the present in light of even better things to come.
