OLLI at DU Members Explore NOAA



OLLI at DU members recently enjoyed an engaging and informative tour of NOAA. Two groups of participants explored several aspects of NOAA’s fascinating work.


One member shared, "Our group of about 20 OLLI members had a delightful, informative tour at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) building in Boulder. Highlights were observing the National Weather Service and Space Weather Service operations." 


The tour also included insights into ozone research and atmospheric studies. Following the visit, several members gathered for a delicious lunch at the Tibet Restaurant in Louisville, continuing their lively discussions.

Congratulations to the Denver Pioneers Hockey Team!


The University of Denver has secured its 20th trip to the NCAA Frozen Four — the sixth appearance in the last nine seasons. The Pioneers will face fellow NCHC rival and West Region No. 1 seed, Western Michigan, on Thursday, April 10 at 3 pm MT at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Let’s go, DU!
