ART IN BLOOM MARKETING REPORT
Providing you with a glimpse of the progress with marketing and media for Art in Bloom:
Bungalower - AIB on calendars with Eventbrite links for ticket purchase. They are fine-tuning the calendar so that it is all inclusive with all events and all days of AIB with Eventbrite links.
Promotion advertising will begin next week, along with a ticket give-away. Featured story with pictures already ran in February with ticket links for sales. There will be a social media ticket giveaway two weeks in advance.

- Including a Barley and Blooms ticket giveaway
Spectrum TV commercial- 30 second produced and the ad loaded with the run beginning week of 3/15 to push on ticket sales and event awareness. There is also a scheduled TV interview planned for 3/26, opening day, with designers (in process, moved from Thursday.)
Social Media - Marketing ad boost started in February, internal marketing ads. Wellons has integrated their social media posts beginning FB ads at the end of last week, 3/5, and will continue through show dates.
Orlando Sentinel - Online banner ads and print ads will appear in the Calendar section 3/19 and 3/26. There is a print story planned with Orlando Sentinel reporter, Pat Connelly. Interview date/time TBD.

All Facebook and Instagram accounts have promotions running to create awareness and advance ticket sales for Art in Bloom and its events, through the Marketing team as well as our outside, supplemental PR agency, for this project.
Area community calendar mentions noted in features such as Orlando Date Night guide, etc.
