Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
dash of salt
optional: mini M and Ms, chocolate chips or craisins
Directions:
Melt peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl. When warmed, add dry ingredients and stir, if you would like to add any other optional add ins this is the time. Once mixture has been combined roll into tablespoon sized balls on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Put into fridge until they are solid, about 2 hours. Once completely chilled, these can be stored in an air tight container.
