Attention Church Family! We ask that you join us on this Sunday, November 9th for the 40th Pastoral Anniversary Celebration honoring Dr. Michael W. Wesley, Sr. and First Lady Venita Wesley for 40 years of faithful and dedicated service to our church. Please make a note of the schedule for the day:

• There will be NO 8 am service
• Church will be open at 8 am for Vespers (soft music and individual prayer) in the Sanctuary
• Breakfast will be served in the Fellowship Hall from 9-9:40 am
• Sunday School will be held from 9:30-10:30 am
• The Anniversary Worship Service will begin at 10:45 am.
• Dr. Michael W. Wesley, Jr., Pastor of Mt Pilgrim Baptist Church will bring the message. 
• Music will be rendered by our own Sanctuary Choir and special Guest Soloists Belinda George Peoples and Harrell Williams.

You have probably heard talk about Kids Across America but are not really clear about what the hype is all about. An Interest Meeting will be held on this Sunday, November 9th immediately following the 10:45 am service in the Chapel to answer all questions you may have. Please contact Sis. Mission Opportunities

On December 5th to 7th there will be a mission trip to the Foster Sibling Camp-Seekers Springs in Eros La. If interested, please call Vanessa Daniel @ 205.243.6705 or send an email to missions@greatershiloh.org for additional details by this Friday, November 14th.  

GO! LOVE! SERVE! Are you interested in participating in Mission Action Projects? If so, we have two opportunities for volunteers. On Saturday, November 22nd we need volunteers to assist with the Annual Turkey Distribution and the week of December 8th to December 11th volunteers are needed for Christmas at Shiloh. Greater Shiloh will recognize the contributions of the US Military veterans and their spouses on Sunday, November 16th during the 10:45 am worship service. We are requesting that all veterans wear their uniform and full regalia.
