Peruvian Whistle Meditation

For over two thousand years, double chambered whistles were a part of Andean civilizations. The whistles we will use are crafted by Daniel Statnekov of Santa Fe, NM. They are reproductions of original artifacts used around 1000 AD by the Chimu Indians of what is now Peru. The entheogenic sound experience that results from the blowing of Peruvian Whistles is accessed through the breath, binaural beats, and frequency following response. 7 whistles will be used; Susan will have one and she will select 6 attendees for the other whistles. Remaining attendees will sit in circle around the blowers. Whether you blow the whistles, or sit in circle, you will have a unique experience. No musical or previous experience is required to be a whistle blower; the few minutes needed to go over how to blow the whistles is a part of this presentation.

For over twenty years, Susan has guided meditation groups focused on Peruvian whistles, crystal singing bowls, and the OXOY. She has met Daniel Statnekov on numerous occasions and is the creator of the OXOY. She has presented at Infinity Foundation, yoga studios, massage schools, hospitals, park districts, and libraries. Still, her favorite is intimate groups within her home. Susan resides in the Chicagoland area. Feel free to contact with any questions prior or post event.

Chicago: Free Pyramid Reiki for Cancer Patients and Survivors

A group of Reiki practitioners, humbly offer Reiki to cancer patients/survivors on the 3rd Wednesday of every month

between 6 and 8 pm. Each session is 20-30 minutes long and takes place under a pyramid. Practically each receiver receives Reiki for 80

minutes. (20 minutes X 4 practitioners).
