ARE YOU THE NEXT PRESBYTERY TREASURER?

The Presbytery of Milwaukee is currently in search of a part-time, volunteer treasurer to oversee the corporate and financial responsibilities of the Presbytery and interpret the finances to the Presbytery, the Council, and Presbytery staff. The position reports to the Presbytery through the Council and interacts closely with the Presbytery Executive, the Administrative Assistant, the Stated Clerk, and the Treasurer of the Presbytery of Milwaukee Foundation.

This is anticipated to be primarily a remote position, with periodic in person meetings, totaling approximately 5 hours per week.

Resumes and questions regarding the position may be submitted to the Personnel Chair, the Rev. Jean Dow.

IMMANUEL ASSEMBLES EMERGENCY CLEANUP BUCKETS

Over the last month Immanuel collected donations to fill 20 emergency cleanup buckets for Presbyterian Disaster Assistance to assist with recovery efforts after last summer's flooding. Children and youth assembled the buckets on Sunday morning as part of their lesson on stewardship and generosity. Thank you to the presbytery's Disaster Preparedness Task Force for helping to coordinate this project!

WHAT IS YOUR CHURCH UP TO IN 2025?

Taking a break from the photo collages we've all grown to love, we want to share what your church is doing in 2025! No matter the size of the event, if it is coming up or has already happened, send Kate information about what's happening at your church! Have a great photo from the event? Please send it in, too! Just make sure to include a description to go along with the photo so everyone knows what's happening in the picture.

These events will be shared in Fresh Impressions on a rolling basis and can be sent to Kate at any point during the month.
