Chamber Luncheon

Join us on Tuesday, November 5th, as Debby Jackson, the Executive Director of the Transportation Development Association of Wisconsin, will discuss the future of Wisconsin transportation highlighting deteriorating system conditions asking lawmakers to Just Fix It. Wisconsin's transportation network is the key to connecting goods to market and people to jobs. Transportation Investment Moves Everything (TIME) - It is TIME we ensure that we have a robust transportation plan for the future.

WMC Future Wisconsin Summit

The Future Wisconsin Project, a program of WMC Foundation, addresses our state’s long-term systemic, economic challenges. With partner representation from business, government, and education, this program seeks to bring all stakeholders of the economy to the table to develop solutions we can all implement. The year-long collaboration culminates with The Future Wisconsin Summit, held at the end of each year.
The Summit this year will feature discussions on rural Wisconsin, the agricultural economy and a keynote on the importance of STEM education, among other thought-provoking speakers.

On Saturday, November 9th , the Village of DeForest will be hosting an electronic waste recycling event. The event is open to Village of DeForest residents. Residents can bring e-waste items to Village Hall at 120 S. Stevenson St. between the hours of 8:00 am - noon to be disposed of properly.
Sunday, November 10th at 3:00pm at the DeForest Area Public Library in the Community Room

Celebrate America's veterans for keeping this nation "the land of the free and home of the brave" with a free concert of patriotic music performed by the Sun Prairie Community Band directed by Doug Terhune.
