Our January meeting will start 2019 off with an informative meeting!
We are privileged to welcome James Everett, the Superintendent of the Meridian School District which encompasses the area north of Horton Road in the Cordata Neighborhood.

  • Also joining us will be Shawndeen Comanis, who is a Community Education Coordinator at Whatcom Community College.

At the January monthly neighborhood meeting an election of Directors to serve on the Cordata Neighborhood Association's board of director's will be held. A reminder about the upcoming Cordata Business Park Association meeting that will be held on December 11, 2018 at 3:00 PM located at 333 Calluna Court, Suite 201C. There will only be one item on the agenda, which is, to vote to transfer the Cordata Business Park Association's open space parcel located at 4510 Cordata Parkway to the City of Bellingham. This space is the property on Cordata Parkway between Stuart Road and Horton Road that will be the new park for the Cordata Neighborhood. The only entities voting will be those property owners that received a packet in the mail with information and a voting form.
