Don't Shoot The Lines

Power and fiber lines often serve as roosting spots for doves, making them easy targets for a hunter. However, firing at these lines could result in lengthy power and internet outages and costly repairs. This hunting season, we urge you to think before you shoot.

OPERATION ROUND UP

The SRE Trust supports community enrichment through the Bright Ideas teacher grant program and charitable grants to local nonprofits and individual SRE members in need. Since its inception in 2007, the SRE Trust Scholarship program has provided more than $260,000 in scholarships to local students.

Members of Southern Rivers Energy can participate in the Operation Round Up program simply by rounding up their monthly electric bill to the nearest dollar. The small, monthly contributions allow participating members to make a positive impact in their communities simply by paying an even amount on their bill each month.
