A Grand Re-Opening

Good News from Illinois


Illinois State Senator Christopher Belt and State Reps. Jay Hoffman and Katie Stuart visited Cambridge House of Swansea to talk with residents about legislation passed by the Illinois General Assembly that had a positive impact on Supportive Living communities and the residents the communities serve. This included an increase in the Personal Care Allowance for Medicaid residents from $90 to $120 a month that will go into effect as of January 2025.Cambridge House is one of the 55 Gardant-managed communities that are fully certified for the Illinois Supportive Living program.

Caregiver of the Year


Dawn Schulte, Resident Services Coordinator at Heritage Woods of Newburgh, was presented with the 2024 Caregiver of the Year award at the Indiana Health Care Association/Indiana Center for Assisted Living’s annual convention.
