HDEC Scholarship Extended
The HDEC has extended the deadline for student applications for its two (2) 2020-2021 scholarships, until April 15th. The rapidly evolving situation on regional campuses has meant students have been addressing challenging educational and family needs. Please consider making an application, we very much wish to support our regional Southeast Texas export, business, and international studies students.
Exim Assistance Amid COVID-19 Outbreak
EXIM is continuing to take steps to provide relief measures for small businesses.

Working Capital Guarantee: Based on the need for working capital financing support given the growing liquidity pressure on suppliers and exporters, EXIM will temporarily modify the product to make it more flexible.

Supply Chain Financing Guarantee : In light of expected liquidity constraints in exporter supply chains, EXIM is relaxing its criteria and increasing its guarantee level.
