Our President, Pat Scace will be presenting a public lecture on March 21, 2022 from 9:00 -11:00 at the Mississippi State University Coastel Research & Extension Center in Biloxi Ms.
Pat is the floral display supervisor at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis, MO. She will speak about her work there as the developer, organizer & coordinator of many exhibits & shows including the world-renowned Annual Orchid Show.

Cymbidium tracyanum
A wonderfully fragrant Cymbidium, this species displays very long hairs in the crests, as well as the side lobe margins and the body of the midlobe. It is an epiphytic orchid meaning the plant grows upon another plant or object merely for support and not for food in its natural habitat, deriving its moisture and nutrients from the air.
