Sunday, February 16 Ticked Off We’ve been looking at the life of Jesus through the eyes of the Apostle John. We’ve seen him introduced by John the Baptist as the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. We’ve seen him invite men to become his followers. We’ve seen him in attendance at a wedding where he helped a very embarrassed bridegroom save face by turning water into wine. Now, in Jerusalem, Jesus saw that the court of the Gentiles, which was supposed to be a place of prayer and worship, was being used for an entirely different purpose. And he was ticked off!

Family Kitchen - February 21 Family Kitchen is an outreach ministry of Adventure of Faith that joins local churches to provide a family-style meal on the last 20 working days (except Wednesday) of each month at First Lutheran Church (on Mitchell Ave) to anyone with a need. We'll pass a clipboard this Sunday before Adventure's assigned meal. Please donate or volunteer if you're able. Join us for dinner if you have need. Have questions? See the Welcome Center on Sunday.

Our goal at BaseCamp is to equip & encourage people by providing space to meet with others to teach & be taught & to try out ministries in a safe space. This name isn’t just cosmetic- it is a reminder of why this midweek program exists- not as a destination but as a place where we gather before we are scattered out into the mission field of our jobs, our homes, our families, our neighborhoods and our schools.  It’s a place for everybody, for anybody, seeking to know who God is and what His plan is for their lives. We hope you’ll join us.

Senegal Store - February 23 There's an opportunity coming up to support Adventure's ministry in Africa! The Senegal store will be open on the last Sunday of the month (Feb. 23.) in the main hallway between services. Your shopping will benefit future travel teams.

To show Adventure of Faith families that we value their marriages, we are offering a night of fun activities/dinner for children ages birth-5th grade while their parents enjoy a date night out.    If you are a parent, here's what you need to know! Our team of volunteers will be available to hang out with your kids so that you can go out and enjoy each other’s company. During the evening, we will provide dinner and fun activities for you child. FIGHT Club is a group of men from all walks of life, broken and successful, religious and skeptic, choir boy and convict. We gather each week to enjoy a meal together and go deep in conversations about faith and life. Regardless of your stance on faith, you are invited to join our tribe; to wrestle with us as we tackle the big questions in life. We invite you to belong before you believe.
