A Message From the Principal
New Family Referral Program

AVA families are uniquely qualified to speak about their experiences at Aspen View Academy and just how amazing the educational experience has been for their child(ren). As an existing family at AVA, you have experienced firsthand just how amazing our staff, curriculum, and student support has been. You are part of an academic community where the needs of children are our highest priority and where they are challenged and given the resources and support to meet those challenges.

Aspen View Academy offers prospective parent meetings throughout the year, but I realize the best recruiting tool we can offer is that of our existing parents. You have had the opportunity to experience what AVA has done for your child and what an amazing school we have. Hopefully, you would want your friends and neighbors to experience the same academic greatness and success that you have and would happily refer a potential new family to AVA.
As a thank you, we will waive one student consumable fee for any new family who enrolls a child at AVA due to a referral from you.

Who Can Make a Referral?

Any family who currently has a student enrolled at AVA is eligible to make a referral.

Who can be referred?

Any family who does not currently have a student enrolled at AVA or who has not already been accepted at AVA. Unfortunately, we cannot make this retroactive to include families who have already enrolled at AVA.

How do I refer someone?

The process of referring a new family is simple. Just inform the new family that they must mention that they have been referred to AVA by you – we will take care of the rest. The new family can also mention who they were referred by when dropping off their registration paperwork. Once they enroll and their child begins attending school, we will waive a student fee for you.

Kids Heart Challenge

Kids Heart Challenge (formerly known as Jump Rope for Heart) encourages our students to live heart-healthy lives, share the message with family and friends, and provides an opportunity to support the American Heart Association, which works to fight our nation’s #1 and #5 killers, heart disease and stroke. The AHA invested 14.1 million dollars into 41 research projects last year in Colorado alone.

We are looking for several volunteers. Please click here if you are able to help. We need volunteers confirmed by Friday, December 7th. This is a great opportunity to get a lot of your volunteer hours completed.

Please contact Kaycee Damm @ [email protected] for more information/questions. Thank you so much for your consideration and help towards this wonderful service project for our students!
