Angel Academy Halloween Party 2025

Thank you to our dedicated Angels Academy staff for making this such a special day for our children, and to all the parents who helped with costumes and preparations. We love watching our little ones learn, grow, and play together! Pictured is the PreK class showing off their amazing Halloween costumes!

Theology on Tap is this Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m. at Oil Horse Brewery. Join us for a family-friendly event that brings people from different walks of life together to discuss religious, social, and pressing events.

The Unity Committee is meeting is this Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 5:30 p.m.

Reserve your Wednesday Night Live Dinner at 6 p.m. by clicking here. The menu features chicken spaghetti, a side, salad, and a beverage. The cost is $10 for adults, with reduced prices for children. Please RSVP by 11:30 p.m. on Monday by using the link above, signing up on our website, or at the worship service on Sunday.

Join us for an Advent Bible Study beginning Sunday, Nov. 30. Sign up to participate and/or lead a lesson by contacting the church office or at Wednesday Night Live.

On Sunday, November 9, is Dedication Sunday. We will bring our Time & Talents sheets and Pledge Cards to the Lord's Table during worship. (extras are available in the Narthex).



Following Worship, a training session will be held to write an anti-racism policy for the session. All interested members of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church and Community United Methodist Church are welcome to participate. Wednesday, November 12, is One Love Bag Day at 1:30. Volunteers are needed to help assemble the snack bags, and remaining items include peanut butter cups, Vienna sausages, one-gallon bags, and beef jerky sticks.

Join us for the Annual Chili Cook-Off and Hanging of the Greens on Sunday, November 23, following worship. Bring your best pot of chili! (Not bringing chili? Please bring a side to share (shredded cheese, chopped onions, Fritos/chips, cornbread, salad, dessert, etc.). Andrew Club will provide drinks.

We are continuing to collect books in the narthex for the book drive, which helps augment the bookshelves at local retirement centers and nursing homes.

Join the ladies' crochet group every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Dawn Lo classroom! Organized by Kathy Loy, this welcoming group invites members and friends. Beginners and experts, left- and right-handed crocheters alike, are all welcome.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets at the church from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For further information, please call (903)235-7890.
