Wednesday, April 16, Angel Academy will celebrate Easter with a party.

Wednesday Night Live meal is served at 6 p.m. Please call or email the church office by noon on Tuesday to RSVP. The cost is $10 for adults, with reduced prices for children. This week's menu includes king ranch chicken, sides, salad, dessert, & drinks.

Join us in the sanctuary for Wednesday Night Lenten Vespers at 7:00 p.m. 

Alpine Presbyterian Church invites you to join them on Thursday, April 17, at 6 p.m. for a Maundy Thursday Worship Service.

First Presbyterian Church invites you to a Good Friday Worship Service on April 18^th at 6 p.m.

This Saturday, April 19, at 10 a.m. Camp Gilmont invites you to join them for a free Family Fun Day! Enjoy 400 acres of hiking trails, mini-golf, cornhole, and fishing (bring your poles) and other activities. Pack a picnic and relax in nature. At 2 p.m., join an outdoor worship service, welcoming all faiths. Come and go —no registration needed!

Celebrate Easter with us on Sunday, April 20! We’ll begin with an Easter Sunrise Service at the Memorial Chapel with Communion at 7 a.m., followed by a potluck breakfast in the fellowship hall. Please bring your favorite breakfast dish to share.

At 10 a.m. Easter Sunday, we will worship in the sanctuary with Communion and special music.

We are excited to announce that the Blessing of the Animals will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our Outdoor Memorial Chapel. Please join us for this occasion as we celebrate the gift of God's creatures and ask for His protection over them.

CUMC is assembling April snack bags to support One Love Longview. You can help by donating: fruit cups, Vienna sausages, individual bags of peanuts, and cereal or protein bars.

Men's Conference (May 2-4,2025) Women's Conference (June 6-8, 2025)

The Women's Retreat at Gilmont Camp in Gilmer runs from May 2-4. Registration starts at 4:00 pm on May 2, with dinner at 6:00 pm and the opening keynote speaker. On May 3, attendees will have morning and evening sessions and free time for activities like prayer stations, painting, hikes, and more. The retreat concludes on May 4 with worship and lunch.
