The Community Management Office is closed today, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day.

Please be courteous of your neighbors when celebrating and be sure to remove any trash or debris from yards, streets, driveways, etc. to insure it does not end up in our lakes and waterways.

We hope you have a safe and happy Independence Day

Reminder: Amenities are for residents only at this time and you must have a resident ID to utilize the amenities.

The open amenities include: The Pools, Fitness Centers and Playgrounds in Victoria Commons, Victoria Trails and Victoria Oaks. Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts in Victoria Commons as well as the Volleyball Court in Victoria Oaks

Sidewalk Repairs
City of DeLand: Street, curbing and sidewalk repairs are typically scheduled for repairs on a complaint basis. Please report any problem areas you notice by calling the main line for Public Works at (386) 626-7195.

ARC Information
VP ARC Committee meets every 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the Community Management office. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Monday of the month .

VG ARC Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 3:00 P.M. at the Gardens Clubhouse craft room. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Once your application is submitted back to the HOA from the Developer for approval the HOA has 5 business days to contact the homeowner with the status of your ARC application.
Covenant Reminders
The City of DeLand currently uses WCA Waste Corporation for solid waste, yard waste and recyclable collections. Please visit their website at: for more information.

From a safety perspective, a blocked sidewalk is problematic for all pedestrians, bicyclists and people who rely on motorized vehicles to get around.

Too often they find themselves forced from the relative safety of the sidewalk into the street because sidewalk access is blocked due to a vehicle parked over-top the sidewalk. Please be mindful of your community and neighbors; don’t park on the sidewalk.

No vehicle may be left upon any portion of the Community except in a garage, driveway, or other area the Board designates. Please park in your garage or driveway. Violations will be issued to homeowners for non-compliance. Overnight parking may receive citations from the DeLand Police Department.

Irrigation Violations:
Please check your irrigation clocks to ensure you are only watering your lawn on your allotted days and times. Irrigation Maintenance days are every Wednesday and the 1 st and 3 rd Saturdays of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You should only have your water on during a maintenance time if you are actively performing maintenance to your system. Violations will be issued to those homes abusing the maintenance days.
