Rosalind Spiller, President
About Goffstown Community Garden Club's President, Rosalind Spiller's own photography
"I always have loved to take pictures, first with a Brownie Camera while in my teens, to a 35 mm, to my IPhone. IPhone you say? Well, it takes pretty good pictures and I always know where it is. I take lots of Sunrise and Sunset pictures because I am fortunate to live on a lake that offers me both an East and a West view.

My good friend, a painter, teaches watercolor to Senior Citizens. She took several of my pictures and used them for her lessons and then framed each of my photos and the painting it had inspired. She held an exhibit at her local library. The display was lovely and while I was looking at the pictures, a gentlemen, knowing I had taken the photographs, asked me what I used for a camera. Very embarrassed, I replied ...my iPhone. He told me not to apologize saying.... the best camera is the one in your hand. I have never apologized since, but I have upgraded my phone."
The NEGC is offering you an Exhibiting opportunity for your photographs!
