Our overall health should be a priority now more than ever! This evidence based program will teach you ways to better manage your health condition in the safety of your own home. You will work with a certified facilitator over the phone for 6 weeks for up to 40 minutes. The facilitator will support and empower you with tools to keep you healthy and happy. Caregivers, You are Essential (LIVE)
Are you taking care of an adult relative, partner or friend? Powerful Tools for Caregivers provides you with the necessary tools to communicate with your loved ones, reduce stress, and take care of yourself in a six week series. This program is all about you and learning how to put life back in your life. Each participant will receive a wellness kit including a Powerful Tools for Caregivers handbook, meditation CD, gratitude journal, and essential oils.
