NC UPDATE
The North Carolina State Bar Council recently adopted one new ethics opinion: 2021 Formal Ethics Opinion 1, Contemporaneous Residential Real Estate Closings, and considered 11 ethics inquiries. The committee approved the publication of four proposed opinions. The Ethics Committee welcomes comments on the proposed FEOs through June 25, 2021, via email to ethicscomments@ncbar.gov.
