Many of their clients initially consider modular homes due to cost, but Hinkle Homes offers a strong alternative by constructing stick-built homes at a comparable price point—while providing greater design flexibility, customization options, durability, and often stronger long-term appraisal value. In addition, the company is highly skilled in ICF foundation installation, offering homeowners a superior foundation solution known for energy efficiency, strength, and exceptional longevity.

Like many hardworking families, Shayne and Chloe began by hustling—taking on construction projects during nights and weekends while both maintained full-time jobs. As demand grew and workloads increased well beyond a standard forty-hour workweek, it became clear the business had the potential to stand on its own. With encouragement and a shared belief in their vision, Shayne took the leap to leave his full-time job so they could officially build something of their own. That decision led to the creation and growth of Hinkle Homes LLC, a business they are deeply proud of. Every service they offer is shaped by lived experience, and they bring the same care, integrity, and determination to each project as if it were their own home.

Shayne and Chloe emphasize the importance of learning from others, seeking mentorship, and gaining hands-on knowledge whenever possible—advice they readily share with anyone starting out in the industry.
