ASA AFRA 2024 Conference Registration is Open - Register early and save!

ASA & AFRA are pleased to announce 2024 Conference Registration is now open. Save money by registering with the Super Saver rate: only $920 for the first attendee and $820 for each additional attendee from the same company. These super saver rates are only valid through January 31. See the chart below for more details on the 2024 registration fees.


The JW Marriott Camelback Resort & Spa is now accepting reservations! The room rate is $199 per night plus a $25 per night resort fee. This rate is available for 3 nights before and after the conference dates (subject to availability).

AFRA - CAAC CCAR-145 Project Update

AFRA's President Brent Webb and AFRA Legal Representative Jason Dickstein had a productive meeting with the China Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) on October 30, 2023, in Beijing, China. This meeting was to continue discussion regarding aircraft parts disassembly standards and compliance.


AFRA aims to open opportunities for AFRA BMP Accredited companies within China as well as enabling the commercial aviation industry in China to gain expanded access to Used Serviceable Material (USM). We thank the CAAC for their support and GA Telesis for their logistical assistance.

Predictive Aircraft Maintenance Conference 27-28 November 2023

Predictive Maintenance: A Game-Changer for the Aircraft Recycling Industry


Jason Dickstein, President of Washington Aviation Group, represented AFRA on a panel at The Predictive Aircraft Maintenance Conference on 28 November 2023 London conference sharing insights on the regulatory challenges and how predictive maintenance affects aircraft disassembly and recycling. He also promoted the advantages of AFRA accreditation and certification.
