August 2019 - Pinellas County Schools
Change your lunch plans .
Change a child's life.

Vision: 100% Student Success Mission: Every child has someone who cares.
WELCOME BACK LUNCH PALS!
Welcome Back! We are so excited to kick off another year of Making an Impact in the lives of our youth. This year our campaign is "Change your lunch plans. Change a Child's Life." Sharing your lunch time with a student will make a lasting positive impact in their lives.

It's because of each of you that we have experienced the tremendous success year after year. We met our goal of pairing 1,500 students with a Lunch Pal. Our goal for this school year is to pair an additional 500 students with a Pal.

Sharing your experiences as a mentor and our need for additional mentors will help us recruit mentors. Share this flyer for a variety of workshop dates available in August and September.
Help Us Spread The Word!

The key to making the campaign a success is awareness – spreading the word about Lunch Pals.

You can help make the campaign a success.

Provide us with the names of any local newspaper or community magazine that you receive or are distributed in your area (at supermarkets, etc.).

We are confident that area newspapers and magazines will write about Lunch Pals.
We have had articles in the Green Bench Monthly , and the Weekly Challenger and several other publications. But we know there are more.

Help distribute Lunch Pals postcards. We want to distribute Lunch Pals postcards to area businesses, libraries, government offices, etc. that would displays them on their counters.

Sign up HERE   to help us spread the word!
