New Class  Friday 6:15pm Vinyasa with Davide commencing Friday 9th September!

We have a NEW class starting on Friday evenings. This class will be taken by Davide who took classes on Sundays at Body Yoga in Emma’s absence throughout June and was very popular. He is a Level 3 Senior teacher and has been teaching Yoga for well over 20 years after training in Italy and later further training  in India, the home of Yoga.  Davide will be also taking workshops, including a Pranyama workshop very soon. We would love to see you on Fridays supporting Davide and what a wonderful way to ‘de-stress' the body after a busy week.

Alot of you would have met the lovely Keren during Emma's absence and we are pleased to announce that she will be taking over the 6:30pm Vinyasa class as of Tuesday August 30th. (Keren owned and ran a very popular Yoga studio in Beaconsfield). Don't worry Emma is not going anywhere and you can still see her on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and on the weekends!

Wednesday 7:45pm Yin with Emma

Yoga for a Cause!

Rachel is once again embarking on the 100km trek that is Oxfam next year and as part of her training preparations she will be participating in a few charity endurance events beforehand. The first in these walks is a 25km event for the Peter Mac Foundation. Peter Mac holds a specal place in Rachel's heart as they offered care and support to her Father in law during his treatment of mesothelioma when everyone else had given up on him. She will be holding a 90 minute yin yoga class including a relaxing yoga nidra for $25 which will be a fully tax deductible donation. Please do not pay online.
