Meet our Newest Member
Stop what you’re doing and think back to when you were a kid. What was it like stepping on a playground for the first time? Remember the excitement as you would race around and explore all of the weirdly shaped and colorful structures. The joy you felt on that playground should be the exact same way you feel about marketing - it’s a world of endless creative opportunities to explore. 🎈

We’re Twillful, a creative & social marketing agency that empowers small businesses to navigate their playground to find the best activities for their brand. We help companies develop and implement creative marketing campaigns as well as energize their social presence.  Here are a few ways we like to help our partners get creative: • Constructing quality content 🏗 • Managing social media campaigns 🐥 • Creating promotional and company videos 🎥 • Developing fun and informative ebooks 📗 • Planning in-person activities 🎟 • Hosting themed Facebook Live events 📱 • Producing branded podcasts 🎙 We’re excited to be working in the Fostoria area and are looking forward to getting creative!

Hey! 👋🏼 I’m Andrew Chwalik, the founder and president of Twillful. As a child, I fell in love with art class and how it allowed me to express my creativity. That interest has lead me to obtain two marketing degrees, my undergraduate from Walsh University and my masters from Trinity College Dublin.

When I’m not developing marketing strategies or producing social media content, I enjoy reading biographies and coaching soccer. If you want to meet me on the field or just want to find out more, drop me a message on the Twillful Facebook Page:  https://www.facebook.com/twillfulagency/

Ohio Logistics
Marks 30 Years
June marked the 30 year anniversary for Ohio Logistics. In 1988, they began operation working out of a single 40,000 square foot warehouse. Now they operate 22 locations in six states with over 5 million square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse space, making them one of the largest privately held logistics firms in the Midwest.
Hitchings Insurance Agency
 Celebrates 50 Years!
Jim and Sally Hitchings started the agency in 1968 with Jim selling Life and Annuities for the Franklin Life Insurance Co and property / liability insurance with Lighting Rod Mutual. They started out with an office in the Ohio Bank Building downtown Findlay. In 1976 Jim and Sally purchased the Pack Insurance Agency located at 515 North Main Street, Findlay, Ohio. Over the years the agency grew by writing quality business and purchasing the business of several small mutual agents. Two significant purchases were made in 1985 and 1986. The first involved the purchase of the Knaggs Insurance Agency in Bloomdale. The second purchase was the Glaser Insurance Agency in McComb, Ohio. The owners bought the historic Dr. Don and Laura Hughes home at 717 North Main Street, Findlay Ohio in 1989 and have subsequently merged the Bloomdale and McComb agencies into the Findlay office. I joined the agency in 1992 after working for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio for five years. I built up the group health side of the business. The agency continues to grow and prosper with the current owners Lee Hitchings and Ryan Pessell. Lee is Jim and Sally’s son and Ryan is their grandson. To celebrate our 50 Years in business we are having a customer appreciation reception and dinner on Thursday July 19, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Arcadia Community Park we will have giveaways and the Romick Railway will provide train rides for the young at heart.
