Fourth of July hours & classes:
Monday, July 3rd: 5:00am-8:00pm
Regular morning class schedule, in the evening join us for Group Power at 4:30pm and a special Group Fight pop-up at 6:30pm. No junior gym.

Tuesday, July 4th: 7:00am-1:00pm
No classes or junior gym.

Cardio Box & Circuit X-Press
Next 4 week Cardio Box session begins 6/26! Commit to once, twice, or three days a week. Try your first class on us!

Next 6 week Circuit X-Press session begins 7/17! Come try this affordable group training program during demo week 7/10-7/16. Commit to once, twice, or three days a week.

Training Special!
6- Week G-Fit with Meri
G-Fit is a training package offered here at Progress Fitness for small group training. Meri is looking for up to 5 people to join her on Monday evenings at 6:00pm for 6 weeks of strength and endurance training, including nutritional guidance. Don't miss this opportunity to train at an affordable cost!

$150.00 per person. Starts July 17th!

The "Slip into Summer" Fitness Challenge ends on Sunday 6/25! Great job to all the members participating! You're almost there.

Pop-Up "Buns and Guns" Class with Meri on Wednesday, July 12 at 10:30am in the Group Fitness room. Half the class will focus and tone your upper body while the other half focuses on your glutes and legs!
