TRX & Kettlebell Intensive
Back by popular demand! Learn how to properly use the TRX and Kettlebells to get an amazing full body workout. The TRX strengthens your core with every exercise while the kettlebells build endurance and tone your muscles.

Group Training Program.

Spinach & Feta Pita Bake

1 (6oz) tub of sun-dried tomato paste
6 (6in) whole wheat pita breads
2 roma tomatoes chopped
1 bunch of spinach chopped
4 fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat oven to 350. Spread tomato pesto onto one side of each pita bread and place them pesto-side up on a baking sheet. Top pitas with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese, and Parmesan cheese; drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake for about 12 minutes. Serves 6 people.
