ELRC 8, 9 & 10 would like to invite you to attend Director Boot Camp – a 5 week series to support Directors/Asst Directors/Admin Staff. Our winter series will run on Tuesdays from January 10th – February 7th. Taught by Quality Coaches, the weekly 2hr trainings cover DHS, STARS/CQI, Family Engagement, Business Practices & Leadership and offer a Community of Practice. Each week you will have the opportunity to meet with your assigned cohort group – a small group led by a STARS Team Member – to discuss scenarios and talk through whatever the topic is that week. You will receive 2 PQAS hours for each session attended. Participation at all 5 sessions is encouraged.
To date, we have had over 250 participants and the feedback has been great – Directors and Assistant Directors are learning different aspects about their roles as well as building a network with other Directors that they can continue to have a relationship with. We look forward to providing this free opportunity to members of your program that could benefit from it.
Please click the link on the attached Registration Form to sign up for the winter series! Registration closes 12/9 and we will take the first 30 participants. Please note that you will have to complete an Agreement to Participate in order to confirm your space in the class. If you do not complete that, you will be removed from the list to make space for someone else. Agreements to Participate will be sent out the week of 12/12.
